about

This is the first album I ever made.

Recorded in 2000 using only the Fostex DMT8vl 8-track recorder, in my university halls room and at my parent's house. Not all of it has stood the test of time - but some of it still has a certain... something.

At the time of making it I wrote: "This album is a mixture of styles, ideas and possible directions - it’s unlikely that anyone will like all of it, but I hope that everyone will like some of it!"

Please take a look at the PDF booklet included with the album free download..

Released here finally in 2020 as an insight into my life in the year 2000 when I was discovering recording and music - for me it's full of memories and feelings I can no longer quite place, maybe there's something in here for you too.
